Refund

We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our products simply return it within 10 days of receiving and we will promptly issue a refund for the value of the item. It must be in a saleable condition in its original undamaged packaging and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods). If you intend to return any or part of your order please e-mail to us at enquiries@podersperpetua.co.uk then return the goods along with a letter explaining why you are returning the product and enclose it with your shipment. If there are any breakages in transit please save the merchandise and the package it arrived in and notify us immediately. Please note: all returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your order together with a letter detailing why you are returning the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the goods delivered were incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Payment

We are using the Paypal gateway and accept all the major debit and credit cards. All items will be paid for in UK pounds sterling.

Delivery

There is not a minimum purchase, however delivery is charged at £3.00 for orders up to £30 and £4.90 thereafter. We are using City Link as a delivery company. Normally we should be able to deliver your order in 7 working days. We do ask you if you want the delivery in the morning, afternoon or Saturday but we can not guarantee that you will have your delivery on your request.

Tax Charges

VAT at 17.5% is included where applicable within the prices quoted.
